“Leadership doesn’t happen in isolation. I’m fortunate to have a manager and a support network that understands my challenges and sees the value I bring. I aim to show my team and the children we guide that leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all.” Sarah, one of our OSCH Coordinators, shared her story at our International Day of People with Disability event at the Hub today.
This year’s theme, focusing on amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future, inspired us to celebrate the resilience, growth, and achievements of our team members living with disabilities.
