At Woden Community Service (WCS), we put people at the heart of everything we do. You are welcome to have a carer, family member, friend or advocate by your side whenever you wish.

What we ask from you

For us to provide the best possible support, we ask that you:

  • Treat WCS staff with the same dignity and respect you receive.
  • Share accurate and up-to-date information so we can understand your needs.
  • Let us know if there are any health or infectious disease risks.
  • Honour any commitments made in your service agreement.
  • Speak up about concerns or complaints as soon as they arise, so we can resolve them together.
