Mental Health Support

We support people living with a mental health issue to build wellbeing, hope and a sense of belonging. Our programs are built around recovery and community, guided by the Stepped Model of Care.

Mental Health Programs

Early Intervention

We offer programs that identify and address mental health challenges early, helping to prevent situations from escalating. These include our Hoarding and Advocacy Support and T25 Clinic.

Housing Support

We provide support for people facing housing challenges or navigating complex systems, helping them find stability and access the right services. These include TAP and our Hoarding and Advocacy Support.

Sub-Acute Mental Health Support

For moving on from acute mental health crises who need intensive support, we offer programs to assist with transition, including Step Up Step Down, TRec, and The Way Back.
