Supporting young people aged 12–25 is at the heart of what we do. Our programs are built around connection, confidence and wellbeing, meeting young people where they are and helping them move forward.

Our services include the Youth Engagement Team, Raw Potential outreach, Child, Youth and Family Case Management, and the T25 Youth Health Clinic. Whether you need a safe space to hang out, someone to talk to, or support navigating life’s challenges, we’d love to see you.

You can find us at the Woden Youth Centre, 29 Callam Street, Phillip.
