Woden Community Service is seeking a team leader to oversee support services tailored to people living with a disability or mental health condition. If you enjoy mentoring staff to support people within the NDIS to reach their life goals, then this role is for you.
As NDIS Team Leader, Direct Service, you will oversee the delivery of our outreach program which includes 1:1 and group-based support focused on assisting NDIS participants to maximise their independently and enhance their quality of life.
This will be achieved through the recruitment, training, and supervision of support workers, overseeing administrative duties, and ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality Safeguards.
