Woden Community Service (WCS) currently has a rewarding and full-time opportunity for an experienced mental health outreach worker to join The Way Back Support Service (TWBSS).
TWBSS provides suicide aftercare by delivering assertive psychosocial outreach to people in the first three months following a suicide attempt or suicidal crisis. TWBSS is a non-clinical service focused on delivering practical, psychosocial support.
The Way Back Support Coordinator holds a participant caseload of around 15 people and deliver recovery orientated, person-centred care to participants of the program for up to 12 weeks.
