Our Housing and Homelessness teams (OneLink and Supported Tenancy Service [STS]) work with people to access homelessness supports; housing and rental support; and child, youth and family support services in the ACT.
OneLink is the centralised intake service for the ACT while STS supports tenants at risk of being evicted and requiring tenancy support.
We are currently seeking an inspired Manager, Housing and Homelessness.
✔ Are you an experienced manager? Does leading a high performing team supporting people at risk of or experiencing homelessness sound rewarding?
✔ Do you have a passion for innovation, relationship building and supporting people in crisis?
This leadership role encompasses overseeing the operations of a crisis phone intake, support and referral service, support of front-line staff in the delivery of case management, and identification of key outreach opportunities to foster excellent collaborative working relationships across the ACT human services sector.
In conjunction with the Executive Manager, Housing and Homelessness, you will lead teams in the development and implementation of key program initiatives, operational policy and work planning.
