We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Executive Manager of Aged Care and Disability Services to lead and manage the strategic and business operations of our aged care and disability services.
The Executive Manager will be an experienced leader with expertise in creating and managing financially viable programs based on a commitment to the needs of people accessing our services and recognising the value of client input and peer workers.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires strategic leadership to translate the organisation’s strategic and business plans into operational goals, financial acumen to maximise results for service users and strengthen organisational viability; as well as highly effective leadership skills to manage change in a diverse team across a range of services.
