This year’s NAIDOC Week theme, “The next generation: strength, vision, and legacy,” reminds us of the power and pride young people carry as they learn from Elders and culture-bearers.
We were delighted to host Wiradjuri storyteller Larry Brandy during our Children’s Services school holiday program. Larry’s visit provided children with the opportunity to connect with Aboriginal history and culture through storytelling, traditional games, and learning about tools and practices from across the continent.
We’re proud to celebrate NAIDOC Week and contribute to nurturing cultural understanding and connection for the next generation.
