Community Support

We’re here to support people in our community when they need it most. From our base at the Woden Community Hub in Westfield Woden, we provide a range of emergency relief and community services in Canberra to help people feel connected and empowered.

Our friendly intake and reception team is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Whether you need advice, a referral, or simply someone to listen, we can help connect you with the right service.

The Hub is the heart of our community services. It’s often the first point of contact for people seeking support and it’s also a space where the community comes together. You'll find us on level 2 of Westfield in Woden.

Our Hub is home to a wide variety of community groups, created and led by community members. Some are ongoing, like our regular writing and gaming groups, while others run seasonally. These groups are a great way to meet people, share interests and build connections.
