What we believe
We see you as an expert in your own life, and your experiences guide how we improve.
If a decision affects you, you should have a say in it.
The experiences you share help us provide safer, better services.
Family, friends and carers all play an important role, and we value their voices too.
How we engage with you
We work hard to make sure everyone can participate, whether that’s through feedback, workshops, advisory groups, or one-on-one conversations. We’ll support you with what you need to get involved, including covering costs like travel or childcare.
Your input doesn’t just sit in a folder. We use it to review services, design new programs, and make real changes. Wherever possible, we’ll let you know how your contributions have made a difference.
We train our staff, evaluate our engagement activities, and stay informed about best practices, so we can keep getting better at listening and responding.
We’ll always explain how engagement works, what your role is, and how your voice can influence our work.
